Administrative Assistant The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Outpatient Site located in Orange, MA. Location: 131 West Main Street, Orange, MA 01364, USA Responsibilities Act as a resource to the program, supervised by the Clinic Director and/or Clinical Supervisor. Reception duties, answering telephones, managing checkbook and petty cash account. Supply management and inventory, including shopping for the program. Coding and filing bills, data entry, word processing, record keeping, and documentation. Run miscellaneous errands and data collection, assist with quality assurance related to funding source and licensing requirements. Support the team in a flexible, independent or collaborative manner. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in English required. Must pass background screening process including CORI. Clear driving record check. Own transportation for occasional business use. Success Factors Experience in an office environment preferred. Additional administrative training or education is a plus. Strong computer skills required. Must be organized, detail‑oriented and have excellent communication skills. Schedule This is a full‑time, on‑site role. Candidates should have the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional later shifts and/or Saturdays. Compensation and Benefits Pay rate starts at $20.00/hr.
