Office Assistant 3 (OA3) Community Corrections Division Spokane, WA (DOC WFSE Monthly Salary Range 39: $3,630.00 to $4,833.00)
DOC's mission is to improve public safety by positively changing lives. Our agency is looking to fill a full-time, non-permanent Office Assistant (OA3) position within the Community Corrections Division. This position works for the Spokane Special Assault Unit (SAU) located at 1717 West Broadway, Spokane, WA 99201. This non-permanent appointment is expected to last about six months. The Spokane SAU supervises a caseload of registered individuals who have been convicted of a sex offense by the Superior Court. Exposure to sensitive material is common. Under general supervision from the Administrative Assistant 4 (AA4), this position performs file management and routine, advanced clerical support tasks for the AA4, Community Corrections Supervisor (CCS), and Community Corrections Officers (CCOs). Working independently, you will perform a variety of complex clerical projects and assignments and perform duties involved with working at the reception desk. Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
