Key Qualifications:

• Active Florida State SLP License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences & Disorders, or related field
• School-based experience (grades 6–8 preferred)
• Ability to complete all district background checks, fingerprinting, and onboarding forms promptly

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to a middle school caseload (grades 6–8)
• Manage and document services for a caseload of approximately 60–65 students
• Develop individual speech therapy plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Attend IEP meetings, coordinate with families and staff, and participate in school-wide initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and state regulations
• Serve on-site to provide direct services
