Training and Development Specialist for AI Systems [Remote]

Design and deliver digital learning programs that translate real-world domain expertise into measurable learning outcomes, instructional materials, and basic assessments. In this remote contractor role you will contribute to a customer project focused on learning program design and delivery, and your work will help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required, your subject matter knowledge is the priority.

• Define clear, measurable learning and program objectives tailored to target audiences.
• Design structured learning programs that map objectives to modules, activities, and assessments.
• Create engaging educational content, including instructional materials, presentations, and digital resources.
• Develop basic assessment tools such as quizzes and rubrics to measure learner progress.
• Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders in a remote environment to maintain alignment through the project lifecycle.
• Iterate on program design and materials based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
• Document processes and best practices to support consistent quality and knowledge sharing.

• Proven expertise in training, instructional design, adult learning, or a closely related field.
• Strong ability to define learning outcomes and map them to appropriate activities and assessments.
• Experience designing and developing educational content for diverse audiences, especially for remote or digital delivery.
• Knowledge of assessment creation, including quizzes and rubrics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in virtual settings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables and adapt to changing project needs.
