Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth facilities to provide therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms. You will have the benefit of a flexible work schedule, primarily from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional adjustments to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments: Perform initial evaluations and subsequent assessments of clients' mental health needs, considering their unique backgrounds to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions: Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques suited to individual clients, drawing from a range of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and culturally tailored approaches.

• Provide therapy sessions: Deliver individual, family, and group therapy in a safe and supportive manner, facilitating discussions that promote emotional resilience and coping strategies.

• Collaboration with professionals: Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to coordinate holistic care, ensuring that each patient receives comprehensive support for their mental health journey.

• Crisis intervention: Offer immediate support and intervention during mental health crises, working diligently to ensure safety and stabilization for clients in distress.

• Patient education: Empower clients and their families with knowledge regarding mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
