The work setting at Flourish Together is entirely remote, allowing our therapists to operate from any location within California. Our team operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for structured work sessions that promote work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for adults and adolescents, utilizing appropriate clinical tools to understand their needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address various mental health challenges, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions via our secure telehealth platforms, ensuring an engaging and effective therapeutic experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed therapist at Flourish Together, you will primarily work with a diverse client base, including adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your expertise will play a vital role in not only understanding their unique experiences but also in guiding them towards healthier coping strategies and improved mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license to practice in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
