- Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage daily financial workflows for 2-3 specific hospitality entities.
- Data & Reconciliation: Pull, analyze, and reconcile daily financial and sales data reports
- Financial Support: Assist with AP/AR tasks, ledger balancing, revenue tracking, and bank reconciliations.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain organized financial records and collaborate closely with the corporate finance team to ensure no disruption to daily workflows.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or retail industries.
- Software: proficiency in QuickBooks a must and advance MS Excel is required.
- Professionalism: Highly polished, professional demeanor with a sharp eye for numbers and data verification.
