Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused methods.

• Document clinical encounters accurately and maintain records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and medical professionals, to provide holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending training and workshops to stay informed on the latest mental health research and methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted professional licensure as a Counselor (LPC) in the State of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a proven ability to engage with clients effectively.

• A strong understanding of ethical standards and legal requirements in counseling practice.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect with a wide range of clients.

• A solid history of success working collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and other relevant applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
