Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to develop an understanding of clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using established evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and client well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to support clients during acute situations.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups to enhance client understanding and coping strategies surrounding mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous and timely client documentation to meet ethical and legal standards and contribute to the clinic's compliance efforts.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
