Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating effective treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Providing crisis intervention services and developing pre-crisis and crisis plans, medication treatment plans, and positive behavior support strategies.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based screening and assessment tools to monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, attending and contributing to team meetings regularly.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and timelines.

• Engaging with community partners, state agencies, and relevant service systems to coordinate support for clients and advocate for their needs.

• Participating in ongoing professional development through conferences, training sessions, and peer supervision.
\n
• Upholding the agency’s mission and values in all professional interactions.

• Handling other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure a cohesive treatment strategy and team functionality.
