The successful candidate will work primarily from the comfort of their home while receiving the full backing of a robust administrative and clinical support system. Our typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to manage patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gather comprehensive patient histories, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique requirements.

• Implement a wide range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques based on continual feedback and progress from clients.

• Accurately and confidentially maintain clinical records in adherence to HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance and the highest level of professional ethics.

• Engage in collaborative case management with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in regular consultations and peer reviews to take a holistic approach to each client's care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, discuss treatment options, and provide information about available community resources to enhance support networks.

This position focuses on a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
