Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients' mental health challenges and treatment needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans by considering the client's background, mental health history, and current circumstances.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to the therapeutic approach to enhance client outcomes.

• Document session notes and progress meticulously within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Provide clients with resources and referrals to additional mental health professionals or community services when appropriate.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training workshops, webinars, and peer supervision to stay current with industry best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
