Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring that evaluations respect and integrate clients' diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions and family therapy based on the unique needs of each client, developing tailored therapeutic approaches that foster personal growth and recovery.

• Ensure timely completion of billing documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, safeguarding the administrative integrity of our services.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans and wellness strategies, including safety and relapse prevention plans, aiming to promote stable functioning and long-term wellness for clients.

• Implement effective discharge planning processes to ensure clients transition smoothly from our care, equipping them with necessary resources and follow-up strategies.

• Comply with all federal and state regulations, as well as Concentra's internal policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professional ethics.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including training and continuing education, to enhance your skills and knowledge within the mental health field.

• Participate actively in case consultation meetings and agency discussions, contributing insights that enrich collaborative care efforts.

• Fulfill all licensure requirements and mandatory training programs to maintain your professional credentials.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work closely with patients of different ages and backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent and sensitive care that aligns with their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related degree that meets licensing requirements.

• Current licensure as a mental health therapist in the State of Georgia, including LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in delivering telehealth services and familiarity with virtual therapy tools.

• Demonstrated ability to develop treatment and crisis plans tailored to individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
