Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and develop appropriate intervention plans.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that the strategies align with each child’s developmental milestones.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust strategies based on observed outcomes and family feedback.

• Provide family support through coaching and guidance, utilizing a strengths-based approach to promote child development.

• Adhere rigorously to all federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the service delivery process.

• Engage with children and families to build rapport, fostering a trusting atmosphere conducive to effective communication and collaboration.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and natural learning environment techniques to ensure that interventions occur in settings where children learn best.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets infants and young children, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays who are receiving services through early intervention programs. You will work hand-in-hand with families to ensure that children achieve critical early developmental milestones across areas such as physical, cognitive, and social-emotional skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is required to facilitate traveling to different service locations.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings, showcasing a commitment to supporting their growth.
