Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their physical therapy needs, including functional limitations and potential for improvement.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team, emphasizing goal achievement and patient engagement.
• Provide one-on-one therapeutic interventions, utilizing a range of modalities and techniques tailored to each patient's condition.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, coping strategies, and the effective use of any necessary therapeutic appliances.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
