Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients, including detailed evaluations of their medical history, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
• Create tailored treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, ensuring a personalized approach to each patient's journey.
• Educate patients about their rehabilitation process, encouraging their active participation and commitment to their individualized plans of care.
• Implement various treatment strategies, including progressive exercise prescriptions, therapeutic education, and hands-on manual therapy techniques, to maximize patient recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to align with evolving patient needs.

Qualifications

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 , complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
