Work Environment

As a member of our onsite team, you will work in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our practice hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify the individual goals and functional needs of patients during initial evaluations and ongoing sessions.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring comprehensive and attentive care.
• Create tailored treatment plans that utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques aimed at improving mobility and function.
• Employ manual therapy skills to aid in the rehabilitation process, while developing and instructing effective exercise routines.
• Promote alternative approaches to pain management, minimizing reliance on medications through education and non-surgical interventions.
• Consistently motivate patients, providing encouragement and support throughout their journey to recovery.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided, patient progress, and treatment effectiveness in the EMR system.

Compensation and Benefits
