Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to determine the needs of your clients.

• Collaborate with students, parents, and educators to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual goals and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various settings with individuals, families, and groups.

• Provide crisis intervention services and coordinate with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for students experiencing acute stress or trauma.

• Document all clinical interactions and maintain up-to-date records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with regulatory and clinic guidelines.

• Deliver psychoeducation to empower clients and their families with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage their mental health.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness.

• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health care to inform your clinical approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n
