Key Responsibilities

• Perform all duties reflecting Rethink Counseling Center's core values and principles, ensuring alignment with our mission of excellence.
• Adhere strictly to New Jersey State Practice Laws, maintaining compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of assigned patients, taking into account their unique needs to establish tailored treatment goals and rehabilitation programs.
• Implement evidence-based, goal-directed treatment strategies that optimize recovery and enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare practitioners to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans, tapping into community resources when necessary.
• Engage in continuing education to keep therapeutic techniques current and relevant to advances in the field.
• Document patient progress and outcomes diligently to support treatment efficiency and success.
• Perform other clinical duties as requested by the lead therapist or practice manager to support team efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient demographic, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. The role demands a versatile approach as you administer therapy and rehabilitation services specifically designed for each age group's unique physical conditions and developmental needs. Your ability to adapt treatment methods to each patient will directly influence their rehabilitation success.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution; we value advanced education and training.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.
• At least two years of experience providing physical therapy services, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation being highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
