Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Deliver tailored individual and group counseling sessions, tackling various challenges such as trauma recovery, grief, and adjustment disorders.

• Provide patients and their families with crucial information about treatment options, available resources, and ongoing support systems.

• Engage in crisis intervention to support individuals in acute distress, ensuring immediate and effective responses to urgent needs.

• Document all patient interactions and care plans accurately in compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adult patients facing mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma. We also provide support to families and caregivers, recognizing the significant impact mental health issues have on the entire support system surrounding our patients. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, including those from varying socioeconomic backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, you will need:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
