Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Better Movement Coaching Hub, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples and individuals to identify mental health challenges and therapeutic needs.
\n
• Facilitating joint therapy sessions for couples while also providing individual therapy for each partner to explore personal dynamics.
\n
• Specializing in addressing a broad range of issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse
\n
• Psychological and physical abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and sibling rivalry
\n
• Blended family dynamics and adjustment to remarriage
\n
• Communication barriers among family members
\n
\n
• Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tailored to assist them in overcoming difficulties and achieving their mental health goals.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients through their healing journeys, ensuring quality clinical outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, primarily focusing on adults, children, and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our approach is family-centric, and you will have the opportunity to engage with entire family systems to help them thrive. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
