In this key role, you will provide critical support to a dynamic litigation team handling new and active legal matters. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in legal administration, with a proven track record of success within the litigation space. Requirements 1+ year experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant; litigation experience is preferred. Excellent computer skills; MS Office Suite and Outlook, etc. Customer service mindset and pleasant attitude on phone. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. A client-focused attitude, flexibility, and the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Ability to strictly maintain client and firm confidentiality. Able to pass an employment background screening.
