Bilingual Health Insurance Navigator I - Outreach
URBAN HEALTH PLAN, INC.
Urban Health Plan in Corona, Queens, NY is seeking a Navigator I in the Outreach and Enrollment Department to enroll individuals, families and small businesses in NY State of Health through the Marketplace. The role includes outreach, screening, enrollment and education on Medicaid, Essential Plan, Child Health Plus, and SHOP, with training provided for those new to enrollment work. This onsite role requires bilingual English/Spanish and strong attention to detail, typically Monday–Friday #J-18808-Ljbffr URBAN HEALTH PLAN, INC.
