Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to outline individualized treatment plans, ensuring that each client’s specific needs are addressed.

  Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on skill-building and emotional resilience.

  Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques to best suit the client’s needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will interact primarily with an outpatient population seeking support for a range of mental health issues. Your ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds will be paramount in delivering inclusive and effective therapeutic support.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

  Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Virginia.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 300,000 to 400,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
