Our food is high-end rustic—carefully thought out, deeply flavorful, and prepared with intention. Unlike restaurant service, our preparation style is rooted in catering, emphasizing prep-heavy, meticulous, and disciplined work, with plating and service kept intentionally simple and unpretentious.
The Position
We are currently looking to hire someone with experience as a sous chef to work alongside our Head Chef to support regular kitchen operations during prep days and events.
This is a hands-on role, and responsibilities will evolve as you spend time working alongside Chef Abdallah and become familiar with our kitchen, systems, and way of working. We are looking for someone with strong experience who is comfortable taking responsibility, while recognizing that the exact scope of the role will develop naturally as we get to know one another.
Hours & Workload
Work generally involves between one and three prep days per event . Prep Days 1 and 2 are typically approximately 10 hours each , while the event day itself is approximately 12 hours .
