- Supervising cooks and kitchen staff
- Assisting with menu planning and recipe development
- Ensuring food quality and presentation standards
- Managing inventory and food orders
- Training new kitchen employees
- Monitoring food safety and sanitation practices
- Coordinating kitchen workflow during service
- Filling in for the head chef when needed
Should have strong cooking skills, leadership ability, time management, and experience in a professional kitchen.
