We’re looking for a skilled line cook who takes pride in craftsmanship, consistency, and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to work in one of New Jersey’s most respected independent restaurants alongside a small team that genuinely cares about the food, the guests, and each other. We cook from scratch every day using exceptional ingredients, handmade pasta, whole‑animal butchery, seasonal vegetables, and thoughtful technique. Our menu changes frequently and every plate leaving the kitchen matters. This is not a corporate kitchen. There are no shortcuts, no microwaves, and no frozen convenience products. We believe great restaurants are built by professionals who respect their craft.
