Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for clients using evidence-based practices to inform personalized treatment plans, incorporating individual therapy goals and progress monitoring.

• Implement and manage various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities suited to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines related to mental health practice.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n
