Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish strong rapport with patients to build trust and facilitate open communication during therapy sessions.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Excela Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of New Jersey.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
