Work Environment

This full-time position operates on-site within our modern outpatient office located in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to screen, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Utilize a variety of physical therapy modalities and interventions to effectively treat injuries and disabilities.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment procedures, recovery processes, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for all patient interactions in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff, to communicate patient needs and care progress.
• Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants, aides, and students for optimal patient care delivery.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
• Engage in continuing education opportunities to stay current with industry standards and best practices.
• Contribute to departmental operational functions, including supply management and scheduling, to ensure efficient office operations.

Compensation and Benefits
