Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, employing evidence-based practices and collaborative approaches to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients navigate their mental health journeys and achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, reflecting your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to ethical practice.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver well-rounded, holistic care tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Participate in regular peer supervision and case consultation meetings to enhance the overall quality of care and stay abreast of the latest best practices in the mental health field.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying updated with recent research and advancements in mental health treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proven expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, capable of tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage complex clinical situations.

• A willingness to work collaboratively with other professionals in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly within a community health clinic or similar environment.

• Background in working with diverse populations, especially individuals from underserved communities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, alongside opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
