Work Environment\n

This role offers a remote work setting, providing flexibility and convenience for both our staff and patients. Our operation hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of our patients. You will collaborate closely with a dynamic interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, contributing to a culture of shared knowledge and mutual support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments that capture the complexities of each patient's experiences and mental health needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed specifically for each individual, considering their unique cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing a variety of mental health concerns and aiding in the enhancement of resilience and overall well-being.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for all patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support during mental health emergencies to facilitate stabilization.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in case conferences and team meetings, contributing insights and feedback about best practices and patient care strategies.

• Stay updated on current research and emerging best practices in mental health therapy to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment practices, coupled with a strong commitment to cultural competence.

• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy using inclusive and responsive therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills with a calm demeanor during challenging situations.
