Work Environment

Our Rehabilitation Center is designed to promote healing and recovery. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional capabilities, including mobility assessments and pain evaluation, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans.
• Deploy evidence-based interventions tailored to individual patient needs, which may involve manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and pain management strategies.
• Engage with an interdisciplinary team—including physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals—to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans aimed at promoting recovery.
• Empower patients and their families by providing education on therapeutic exercises, designing home exercise programs, and imparting injury prevention strategies that enhance recovery and long-term wellness.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring transparent communication across care teams.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will work primarily with orthopedic patients experiencing a wide range of conditions, from post-operative rehabilitation to chronic pain management. Your focus will be on developing targeted treatment strategies that take into account each patient's unique functional status and lifestyle goals. Our patient-centered philosophy ensures that each individual receives optimized care tailored to their personal circumstances.

Qualifications

• A valid Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, especially in outpatient or orthopedic settings.
• Current BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering constructive relationships with patients and team members alike.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with additional certification in manual therapy techniques or prior experience in holistic therapeutic approaches will be viewed favorably. Experience collaborating in a multidisciplinary team setting, particularly in rehabilitation focused on orthopedic care, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, reflective of experience and qualifications, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
