Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical capabilities and limitations upon intake and throughout the therapy process.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, ensuring measurable goals to track progress.
• Administer hands-on therapy techniques, such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, aimed at restoring function and alleviating pain.
• Educate patients and their families on suitable at-home exercises, preventive care strategies, and self-management techniques to promote long-term health.
• Collaborate with a wide range of healthcare professionals, including orthopedic surgeons and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment notes, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facilitating interdisciplinary communication.
• Engage in community outreach programs and participate in patient education workshops to raise awareness about orthopedic health and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. The physical therapist will work with a diverse demographic, including athletes, post-operative patients, and individuals managing pain from conditions such as arthritis or back disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
