Key Responsibilities\n

• Identify and understand the developmental needs of children and adolescents and tailor service delivery methods accordingly.

• Provide direct mental health treatment, including screening, evaluation, diagnostic assessments, and the creation of individualized treatment plans.

• Offer age-appropriate psychotherapy and maintain meticulous documentation to track client progress effectively.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for children and families, using psychoeducation, discussion, and active engagement techniques.

• Incorporate principles of Trauma Informed Care and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services in all therapeutic interactions.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including continuing education and clinical supervision, to enhance clinical skills and ensure compliance with licensure requirements.

• Engage in quality assurance practices through review of documentation and personal performance goals in preparation for annual evaluations.

Qualifications\n
