Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients, considering their unique backgrounds and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to address a diverse range of issues.

• Schedule and manage client appointments effectively, optimizing time management for a balanced caseload.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that align with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and current.

• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care tailored to each client’s needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
