Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, assisting clients in developing pre-crisis and crisis plans to manage challenging situations effectively.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that promote client wellness and recovery.

• Complete all required documentation accurately and within specified timeframes to comply with regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as required by the clinical team to ensure effective client evaluations.

• Maintain effective communication with clients, families, and community partners to provide coordinated care and support.

• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Health Link Now, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with substance use issues, emotional distress, developmental disabilities, and individuals impacted by acquired brain injuries. You will provide person-centered care that empowers clients to engage meaningfully in their recovery and personal growth efforts. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
