Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, identifying clinical needs and tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities that foster resilience and personal growth.
\n
• Complete timely billing, documentation, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Develop individualized crisis plans and safety plans, along with relapse prevention and wellness strategies to support patient stability.
\n
• Create effective discharge plans that facilitate a smooth transition for patients back into their communities or other care settings.
\n
• Maintain adherence to all licensure requirements, completing mandatory training and skills enhancement workshops.
\n
• Participate in teamwork and case consultation meetings to ensure the highest quality of care and collaborative practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Your role will involve understanding and integrating clients' unique cultural values and needs into the therapeutic process, thereby promoting greater health equity and fostering long-term relationships built on trust and respect.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field that leads to licensure as a mental health therapist.

• Current licensure in the State of Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations, including those with limited access to mental health care, is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in telehealth tools and electronic health record management is a plus.

• Skills in interdisciplinary collaboration and community resources knowledge will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your licensure and experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
