Account Executive

Melt Sports/Culinary/Entertainment

The Account Executive (AE) will provide essential support to the client services and events logistics team in the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives. This role is designed for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in client management and event marketing within an agency environment. The AE will assist in managing day-to-day account operations, ensuring flawless execution of client deliverables, and fostering strong internal and external communication. Key Responsibilities Support senior account/marketing and event team members in the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns, activations, and client programs. Support event and logistics manager on planning and execution of events- Some weekend travel and non-traditional work hours will be required. Serve as a liaison between internal departments (creative/production, social and digital, marketing) to track progress and ensure deliverables meet client objectives and timelines. Prepare meeting agendas, status reports, contact reports, and recap documents for client and internal meetings. Assist in the development of client presentations, proposals, and reporting decks. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the marketing landscape. Maintain organized documentation of client assets, contracts, and approvals. Assist in shaping overall brand strategy, providing insights and recommendations to strengthen client positioning and campaign effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 3-5 years’ experience in Account Management and Event marketing, preferably in the agency environment Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Detail-oriented, pro-active, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and resourceful. Demonstrates understanding of branding and brand value. Willingness to support client events or initiatives that may occur outside of typical business hours and on weekends.
