Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, with a strong focus on building rapport and trust with clients.

• Assessing and diagnosing various mental health conditions and interpersonal issues that may affect clients’ relationships.

• Developing and implementing customized treatment plans that are evidence-based and reflective of each client’s unique situation.

• Utilizing therapy techniques to address complexities such as conflicts among family members, grief and loss, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitating discussions and therapeutic exercises aimed at resolving family dynamics and improving relationships.

• Regularly documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapists and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable and experienced in working with a diverse client population, which includes adults, children, and adolescents. Our clients often present with various challenges such as blended family issues, separation and divorce adjustments, and communication breakdowns. Your expertise will help these individuals and families navigate their struggles and foster healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
