Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Deliver individual and couples therapy utilizing evidence-based methods to facilitate personal growth, relationship improvement, and emotional resilience.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress throughout the course of treatment.

• Engage with clients using various modalities including in-person, teletherapy, and remote sessions to meet their convenience and needs.

• Participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and enhance treatment approaches collectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical interactions and client progress in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on serving a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families coping with a variety of mental health challenges. You will work with adults as well as children and adolescents, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet each client's unique circumstances and cultural background. Your role is crucial in promoting mental health awareness and providing comprehensive support across our community.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Colorado.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations in a therapeutic setting is required.

• Proficiency in providing individual and couples therapy that meets the diverse needs of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or play therapy is preferred.

• Prior experience working in community health clinics or similar settings is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
