Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to collect pertinent information regarding clients' mental health histories, strengths, and resource availability, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to deliver individual, family, and group therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement robust, client-centered treatment plans.

• Engage in continuous treatment planning with clients, establishing measurable goals and intervention strategies tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention support, including risk assessments and safety planning, to effectively manage acute situations and ensure client safety.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that promote shared experiences and psychoeducation classes to enhance understanding of mental health issues and coping strategies.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
