Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status using appropriate tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). These assessments will inform the development of individualized care plans that consider cultural diversity and specific needs.

  Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver tailored outpatient therapy, employing therapeutic modalities suitable for children and adults impacted by cancer and other life-altering conditions.

  Collaborate with patients and their families to create a comprehensive treatment plan that outlines desired outcomes and interventions designed to support patients’ mental health needs.

  Facilitate referrals to additional treatment providers when necessary, acting as a vital link between clients and relevant health resources while fostering strong professional relationships within the healthcare network.

  Provide educational guidance and mentoring to interns, students, and other healthcare professionals in evidence-based approaches and clinical best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
