Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using empirically supported modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting interventions as necessary based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and risk assessments while developing safety plans tailored to clients' unique situations.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of care and treatment in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing secure electronic health record systems.
