Accounts payable specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's team and oversee full-cycle AP operations across a multi-state footprint. In this role, you will manage 3-way invoice matching, maintain vendor relationships and compliance, and ensure overall transaction accuracy. Responsibilities

• Invoice & Payment Processing: Manage full-cycle AP for a multi-state operation, including 3-way matching (PO, packing list, invoice), posting, check preparation, and statement reconciliations.
• Vendor & Compliance Management: Maintain vendor files (W-9s, 1099s, COIs), resolve billing discrepancies, and build positive relationships.
• Audit & Quality Control: Ensure proper accounting procedures, accurate code allocation, and timely processing of all transactions.
• Department Support: Resolve complex transaction issues and assist with ad-hoc financial or administrative projects.
