About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Customer Success to spearhead the growth and development of its post-sale function. This pivotal role involves taking ownership of the customer life cycle, with a focus on ensuring that customers derive measurable value, driving adoption, retention, and fostering long-term partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the Customer Success team, establishing and implementing customer success strategies, operational processes, and metrics. They will also be tasked with managing executive-level customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, and partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance customer outcomes. Applicants for the Head of Customer Success position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in customer success, account management, implementation, or post-sales leadership, with a proven track record in a B2B SaaS environment. The role requires exceptional project management, and collaboration skills, and the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on customer engagement. Experience in building or scaling a customer success function, particularly within early-stage technology companies, is highly valued.
