This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to facilitate connections with clients across Nevada. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations through initial consultations and follow-up appointments, ensuring accurate documentation from start to finish.

• Formulating individualized treatment plans that encompass appropriate interventions and recovery strategies tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Facilitating dynamic and engaging individual and group therapy sessions, fostering supportive environments that encourage open dialogue and personal growth.

• Regularly monitoring client progress against therapy goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, healthcare providers, and support staff to craft cohesive intervention strategies.

• Providing referral management, assisting clients in accessing additional resources as needed, and ensuring streamlined transitions of care.

• Advising and training family members and primary caregivers on strategies to support loved ones facing mental health challenges, enhancing the support network around the client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele within the Las Vegas area, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, as well as those navigating addiction and other behavioral challenges. Our mission is to offer accessible mental health resources to all demographics, addressing the unique needs and backgrounds of our clients with sensitivity and respect.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Demonstrated experience working as a mental health counselor, with a strong clinical foundation and understanding of therapeutic practices.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, preferably AVATAR or similar platforms.

• An understanding of the interplay between various physical and emotional health conditions and their impact on mental health.
\n
• A thorough knowledge of the best practices as outlined by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a compassionate and understanding approach.

• Experience in a telehealth setting, demonstrating readiness to adapt to technological mediums for therapy delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
