Folder-Gluer Operator – 2nd Shift

Shift: 2nd Shift

Summary

We are looking for a Folder-Gluer Operator to operate folder/gluer equipment and ensure finished products meet quality and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

Set up and operate folder/gluer equipment
Load printed materials into the machine
Monitor product quality and production output
Scan products and create labels using the production system
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report larger problems
Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance on the equipment
Follow safety and quality standards
Communicate any production or equipment issues to supervisors

Requirements

Previous experience operating folder/gluer equipment preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to follow work instructions and meet quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work 2nd shift
