Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' mental health needs through virtual consultations, utilizing evidence-based evaluation tools to ensure accurate diagnoses.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set personalized treatment goals, employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Deliver high-quality individual, couple, and family therapy sessions through telehealth, adapting your approach based on client feedback and progress.

• Document clients' progress methodically, employing electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain thorough notes and updates in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and case managers, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support encompassing all aspects of their well-being.

• Educate and empower clients and their families, fostering an understanding of mental health conditions while promoting active involvement in the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele from varying backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is between USD 115,000 and USD 130,000 per year , with the final amount contingent upon experience and qualifications.
