Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and create effective treatment plans that promote personal growth and resilience.

• Provide one-on-one therapy through teletherapy, utilizing various evidence-based modalities tailored to the individual client.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a trusting relationship with clients.

• A non-judgmental attitude combined with empathy and compassion to support clients in their therapeutic journey.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills to balance a caseload efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
